UHS Cross Country 2011

UHS Boys take 2nd Place in the Colorado State Cross Country Championships on Saturday, October 29th. The Bulldogs completed a super season in their battle to the top. From left to right in the photo above:

The 'Dogs got off to a great start and ran hard at the Arapaho County Fairgrounds course in Aurora. It was muddy and cold, but the Bulldogs fought their way thru to 2nd place. Thanks to all the supporters who came out to support the team today, including some honored alums. It was a fine finish for a hard-working team in a tough race. The boys represented University High School in a great way!

Parent & fans - remember that at the end of the season Awards Banquet on November 10th , 7pm at the University Center at the University of Northern Colorado, we'll have our complete photo show of this year's season. From summer running, to the High Altitude Camp and right thru the season to the State Championships. Come see how your athlete progressed thru the year!
